**OUR POLICY AND CONDITIONS:**

By joining our tour, you agree to the following conditions:

- **Booking Terms:** Advance payment required for participation. Exceptions require prior written confirmation from Nordic Adventures Tromsø.

- **Liability:** While we prioritize customer safety and property protection, we advise comprehensive travel insurance covering health and material issues. Nordic Adventures Tromsø assumes no responsibility for personal incidents beyond our control during or after the tour.

- **Health Conditions:** Participants must be in suitable physical and mental health. Any health issues must be disclosed beforehand. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse questionable bookings.

- **Photos:** High-resolution tour photos will be provided for private use, with copyright reserved by Nordic Adventures Tromsø. Photos must not be resold or used for promotional purposes without consent.

- **Pick-up and Drop-off:** Pick-up for Tromsø Island residents is from their hotel. Other participants meet at the Aurora Tour office in Tromsø city center. Please ensure familiarity with the meeting point to avoid confusion. Alcohol consumption is prohibited throughout the tour.

- **Cancellation:** Refunds are offered according to the following schedule: 100% refund if canceled at least five days before the tour, 70% refund if canceled 48 hours before, and 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.

- **Tour Cancellation:** We reserve the right to cancel due to minimum bookings, inclement weather, unsafe roads, illness, or vehicle issues. In such cases, an alternative tour date or full refund will be provided. No refund if the lights are not visible
